Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery Presentation – Virtual

February 27 @ 2:00 pm 3:00 pm

Welcome back to the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery! Join us on a journey through “Windows of the World”, a themed presentation showing us the world from the cosmic perspective!  Look at life from the viewpoint of people whose portraits hang in this amazing museum. The Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery in Washington DC was established by Congress in 1962 to house portraits of “individuals who have made significant contributions to the history, development, and culture of the people of the United States”. Part of the Smithsonian SEE ME program, which fosters virtual intellectual engagement among persons with memory deficits.
